3 Daughters Brewing has a long history that started in 1888 in Lexington Kentucky. The first family brewer Wilhelm Harting started the Liugart & Harting brewery, and his progeny followed suit 150 years later in St. Petersburg.
All that is left from the original brewery is one brick, now a part of the wall in the 3DB tap room bar, but the legacy of making great, innovative, and bold beer remained. 3 Daughters is the largest craft brewery in St. Petersburg, and beer lovers can take a tour of their 30bbl brew house while brewers are at work.
Alternatively, they can head to their very popular taproom to sample some of their award-winning beers such as Beach Blonde Ale or limited reserve Bourbon Barrel Aged Porter. Check the calendar for special music events. There is always a different food truck parked in front to feed the hungry crowds.
