“Leigh and Mike Harting, pondering how to fund their three daughters’ college education and improve their restaurant’s beer-battered fish in St. Petersburg, FL, decided to create their own craft beer. Surprised by its popularity, they sought a small advanced brewing system, but ended up with a colossal, 30-barrel brewhouse, prompting the question, “How many beers do we need to sell to finance our daughters’ education?” Thus, 3 Daughters Brewing was born in 2013.”
