The Executive Assistant at our brewery plays a crucial role in supporting the executive team and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations. This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high level of confidentiality. The Executive Assistant will serve as a vital link between the executive team and various departments within the brewery.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.
  • Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining excellent communication and professional relationships.
  • Document Management: Prepare, review, and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule, plan, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including venue booking, agenda preparation, and distribution of materials.
  • Correspondence Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls, prioritizing and responding appropriately.
