Chas Collins is quickly making a name for himself as one of the hottest rising country/rock stars in the music industry! Hailing from New Orleans, LA, Chas was born with music in his soul as he started performing in plays and singing at the tender age of 9. Over the years he noticed that he was gaining fans by just traveling around and entering karaoke contests. In 2004 he decided to go to Nashville and record his first single “They Wanna Hang a Bad Boy” which was released in 2005. He then went back home to Louisiana, put a band together and started booking local shows. Then Hurricane Katrina hit. He lost everything he owned but remained determined to follow his dream so the next day with a couple changes of clothes and the money in his pocket, he headed to Nashville.
