Sales Ambassador

Job Title: Sales Ambassador (Part-Time)

Location: Must reside in close proximity to one of the following Florida markets: Tampa, St. Pete/Clearwater, Fort Myers/Naples, Fort Lauderdale, or Miami.

Job Summary
The Sales Ambassador is an energetic, team-oriented, part-time member of the 3 Daughters Brewing team with a genuine passion for craft beverages and exceptional people skills. Reporting to the Director of Channel Sales & Brand Development, this role focuses on managing and elevating 3 Daughters Brewing’s brand presence, awareness, and product representation across assigned distribution territories. Responsibilities include working with distributor partners, on- and off-premise accounts, and representing the brand at festivals, events, and community activations.

Key Responsibilities

Wholesale Market Management

  • Drive overall sales, consumption, brand presence, and awareness in your assigned territory. 
  • Actively promote the full 3 Daughters Brewing portfolio, introduce new products, and boost sales of existing offerings in both on-premise (bars, restaurants) and off-premise (retail) accounts. 
  • Plan and execute on- and off-premise promotions as needed. 
  • Represent 3 Daughters Brewing at community events, festivals, markets, and other activations. 
  • Support and embody 3 Daughters Brewing’s mission, values, and culture in all interactions.

Business Partner Management

  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key accounts and distributor partners regarding products, events, and opportunities. 
  • Ensure full compliance with all state and federal laws related to the sale, merchandising, and promotion of adult beverages. 
  • Submit accurate weekly work and travel logs, including reimbursable receipts, in accordance with 3 Daughters Brewing’s format and accountable plan. 
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of the beer portfolio (flavors, ingredients, brewing process, etc.) to confidently answer customer questions and conduct product tastings.

Special Requirements

  • Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends and extended days/evenings as required for events and promotions. 
  • Must have reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for professional interactions with customers, vendors, distributors, and team members. 
  • Strong persuasion and influence skills to guide decision-making and encourage trial or adoption of products.

  • Superior organization and coordination abilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently. 
  • Basic analytical skills to gather data, summarize insights, and solve administrative or operational challenges. 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while consistently achieving sales and revenue objectives.
