Here is just a sample of some of the beers, ciders, seltzers and hard sodas we have created over the years.

Beach Blonde Ale

Description:  Clear and golden in color with a balanced malt and hop aroma.  It tastes malty sweet with a hint of citrus from the hops.  Light and refreshing, it is the perfect everyday drinking beer.

ABV: 5%

Bimini Twist IPA

Style: India Pale Ale

Description:  Clear and copper in color with intense piney and citrus hop aroma.  The taste is hoppy and bitter that is balanced by sweet caramel and Munich malts.  Medium in body with moderate carbonation and a dry finish.

Rod Bender Red Ale

Style: American Amber ale

Description:  Deep copper in color with a sweet malt and chocolate aroma.  It has big caramel malt flavor that finishes with a hint of chocolate and roasted malt.  There is very little hop presence, just enough to balance the sweetness of the malts.  Moderate carbonation and body with a dry finish.

ABV: 5.6%

Stern Line Oatmeal Stout

Style: Oatmeal Stout

Description:  Almost black in color with a thick tan head and roasted coffee aroma.  It has a strong roasted flavor with chocolate and coffee notes from the roasted barley and very little hop flavor.  The oatmeal gives it a silkiness without making it overly heavy.  It has low carbonation and finishes dry.

ABV: 5.2%

A Wake Coffee Blonde

Style: Blonde ale

Description:  A local coffee roaster lightly roasts coffee beans just for this beer.  We use those light roasted beans to cold brew coffee which we add to our 3 Daughters Blonde ale.  It is clear and deep golden in color with a big coffee aroma.   The taste is a refreshing cold coffee flavor with moderate carbonation and a dry finish.  It is not what you might expect from a coffee beer, but this combination works very well together.

ABV: 5%

4 Redemption Quad

Belgian Dark Strong

Description:  Somewhat hazy with a deep copper-brown color.  Sweet, dark caramel and fruitiness dominate the aroma.  That sweet caramel flavor carries over to the flavor which is complemented by a lot of dark fruit flavors, some breadiness and a mild alcohol warmth.  There is very little hop flavor.  It does have high carbonation and a full body with a sweet finish.  This beer is dangerously delicious.

ABV: 9.5%

Belgian Style Blonde

Style: Belgian Blonde

Description:  Golden in color and less complex in flavor than many of the other Belgian style beers.  It has a small amount of fruitiness but is less sweet than other Belgian beers.  It has a slight tartness to it and finishes dry.  It has moderate alcohol content but is still quite refreshing because of its lighter body and higher carbonation.  The bitterness of the hops help balance the sweetness and gives it just a bit of spiciness.

ABV: 6.5%

TrebleMonker

Style:  Belgian Tripel

Description:  Deep golden in color with a light fruity and spicy aroma.  There are flavors of sweet fruits and spices all backed up by soft malt flavors.  There is a slight alcohol warmth and low hop bitterness.  There is moderate body that is somewhat thinned by the higher carbonation.

ABV: 8%

Melon Hull Watermelon Wheat

Style:  Fruit Beer

Description:  We start with an American style wheat beer to which we add watermelon juice and a small amount of strawberry juice to help bring out the watermelon flavor.  It is hazy with a deep golden color and a fresh watermelon and malt aroma.  The watermelon flavor is front and center and backed up by a slightly sweet maltiness.  There is a slight watermelon rind bitterness from the Huell Melon hops.  Overall, it is light and very refreshing.

ABV:  4.2%

Red Mesa Red

Style:  Amber ale

Description:  We make Red Mesa just for Red Mesa, Red Mesa Cantina and El Mercado restaruants here in St Petersburg.  Clear and amber to brown in color with a sweet malty and slight roast aroma.  The flavor is a balance of bready malt, spice and citrus.  A light citrus hop presence from the New Zealand hops give it a hint of lime without making it bitter.  Moderate body and carbonation and slightly dry finish make this a well rounded beer that is great paired with the food of Red Mesa.

Imperial Red Ale Aged in Jack Daniels Whisky Barrels

Style:  Imperial Red Ale

Description:  Deep copper in color with a light tan head.   The oak wood from the Jack Daniels barrels is the first thing noticeable on the nose but is followed up by hints of vanilla, apricot, prunes and raisins.  The taste is of caramel and sweet fruits with a slight alcohol warmth and dry woody finish.  The New Zealand hop comes through in with its pine resin and stone fruit flavors.  It is light to medium in body with moderate carbonation.

Silk O’ the Kine

Style:  Dry (Irish) Stout

Description:  Very dark in color with a creamy, tan head.  It has a light roasted aroma and flavors to match.  There is a good amount of hops added, but the hop flavors and bitterness are mostly overshadowed by the roasted barley.  The light body and low alcohol content makes this stout very drinkable.   It has lower carbonation and is typically carbonated with nitrogen making it silky smooth with a dry finish.

Black Tip Porter Aged in Whiskey Barrels

Style:  Porter

Description:  Very dark brown in color with a thick rich tan to almost brown head.   The aroma is of whisky and burnt oak with a slight bit of vanilla and dark fruits.   It has malt flavors of coffee and dark caramel with a little bit of pepper spiciness coming from the hops.   Those flavors are then rounded off with the oakiness derived from aging in whisky barrels.   The body is medium with moderate carbonation and a semi sweet finish.

Brown Pelican Dunkelweizen

Style:  German style Dark Wheat

Description:  Hazy with a light brown color and tan head.  The aroma is dominated by smell of clove with a hint of banana and bubblegum all derived from the phenols and esters typical of Bavarian weizen yeast.  The flavors are of grains or cereal mixed with clove and nutmeg and a hint of banana.  It has a medium body with a good amount of carbonation and a clean refreshing finish.

“El Hefe” Hefeweizen

Style:  German Style wheat

Description:  Hazy and golden in color with a bright white head.   Phenols from the German yeast give off an aroma of clove and banana.   The taste is malty sweet with little hop presence.  The typical clove, banana and bubblegum flavors are present but not overly pronounced.  It has light to medium body with high carbonation and a clean refreshing finish.

Belgian Dubbel

Style:  Belgian Dubbel

Description:  Dark amber in color with a creamy white head.  The aroma is complex with rich malty sweetness and fruity with hints of caramel.  The flavor is similar to the aroma with malty sweetness and fruit flavors but with a dry finish.  There is some spiciness from the yeast but very little hop presence.   It is medium bodied with high carbonation and a slight alcohol warmth.

Mission to Marzen

Style:  Oktoberfest/Märzen

Description:  Amber to copper in color with an off-white head.  Aroma is malty and bready with no hops detectable.   The flavor is malty sweet but finishes dry.  There is an aspect of bread or toast with almost no hop bitterness, just enough to balance the sweetness of the malt.  It has medium body with a smooth texture and medium carbonation.

Ping Pong Kölsch

Style:  Kölsch

Description:  Straw colored with a bright white head.  The aroma is slightly phenolic and spicy with some hoppy earthiness.  There is a clean malty flavor, not bready or sweet, just malty.  The malt is balanced by some hop bitterness which also helps give it a dry finish.  It has a light body with a good amount of carbonation.

ABV:  4.6%

Frisky Sour

Style:  Berliner weisse aged in wine barrels

Description:  Hazy and golden in color with a white head, Frisky Sour has an aroma of sweet fruit, sour/tart citrus and wheat bread.  Tartness is immediately noticeable at the first sip, but it is not overly sour.  There is a breadiness in the flavor along with some bright fruit flavors, banana and apricot.  Tannins from the wine barrels it was aged in give it a nice dryness at the end.  All of this along with a light body and moderate carbonation make it a very refreshing and sessionable sour summer beer.

ABV: 4.4%

La Fayette Saison

Style:  Belgian Style Saison

Description:  Dark gold colored and hazy, Saison is sweet and fruity on the nose.  Notes of apple, apricot, banana and citrus dominate the aroma.  The flavor is also a little sweet with fruity esters coming through.  There is a slight peppery spice flavor  noticeable from the rye malt.  It has very little hop bitterness.  The body is moderate with good carbonation and it finishes medium to dry.

ABV:  6.4%

Munich Dunkel

Style:  Munich Dunkel Lager

Description:  Copper brown in color with a thick tan head.   The aroma is of sweet malt with caramel and toffee notes which also come through in the flavor along with a little breadiness.  There is very little hop presence, just enough to balance the sweetness of the malt.  It is clean and very smooth as a lager should be.  It gets its medium body from the Munich malt and has moderate carbonation.

ABV: 5.9%

# the Pilsner

Style:  German Pilsner

Description:  Golden in color with a thick white head.  The aroma is sweet, malty, spicy and fruity.   There is a good amount of hop presence in the flavor which contributes some spiciness and a little bitterness.  A fruity, orange citrus flavor is also noticeable along with a slight breadiness.  The lagering process helps to round out the taste to make it smooth and clean.  It has a light body with moderate carbonation.

ABV:  4.9%

Weizenbock

Style:  Weizenbock

Description:  Deep copper brown in color with a thick light tan head.  The aroma is that of banana bread, malty, bready, spicy and strongly of bananas.  There is also a slight alcohol smell.  The flavor is similar to the aroma with flavors of banana and clove produced from the phenols and esters created by the German wheat yeast.  There are also hints of bread and caramel.  It is malty with little to no hop presence and an alcohol warmth.   It has a good amount of body with moderate carbonation and a slightly sweet finish.

ABV:  8.3%

3 Little Pumpkins

Style:  Spice/Herb/Vegetable Beer

Description:  Copper in color with a light off-white head.  The aroma is of pumpkins, vanilla and fall spices; cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and ginger, making it reminiscent of pumpkin pie.  The pumpkin and spices come through in the flavor along with a slight hop bitterness to balance the sweetness of the pumpkin and malts.  There is also a slight roasted flavor from the chocolate malt.  It has a medium body with moderate  carbonation and a slightly dry finish.

ABV:  5.6%

ESB

Style: Extra Special Bitter

Description:  Copper in color and slightly hazy with a foamy, off-white head.   The aroma is of fruity cereal and slightly bready with very little hop presence.   The hops come through in the flavor though, contributing to the slight bitterness which is nicely balanced by the malt sweetness and fruitiness typical of this yeast strain.  It has lower carbonation which is typical of the ESB style and finishes slightly sweet.

70° Florida Winterweizen

Style:  Winter bier

Description:  Deep copper to brown in color and very hazy from the suspended wheat proteins, it has a thick tan head.  The aroma is banana bread with a little roastiness.  The banana esters shine through in the flavor and are backed up by roasted malts.  There is very little hop flavor.  It has moderate carbonation and finishes somewhat dry.

St. Peter the Great Russian Imperial Stout

Style:  Imperial Stout

Description:  Very dark to black in color with a light brown head.  It has a complex aroma of chocolate, coffee, caramel and hints of citrus and alcohol.  The flavor has roasted chocolate, coffee, vanilla, caramel and alcohol warmth with a slight sweet fruitiness.  It has a good body with lower carbonation and finishes slightly dry.

ABV:  9.6%

Black Lager

Style:  Black Lager

Description:  Very dark brown in color with a thick tan head.   The aroma is malty with notes of caramel and toffee.  There is a slight roasted aroma from the chocolate malt but no hops are noticeable.  The flavor is malty with hints of caramel and sweetness that is balanced by bitterness from roasted chocolate malt the hops.  It has medium body and carbonation and finishes slightly dry. 

ABV:  5.2%

Paul’s Landing

Style:  American Wheat ale

Description:  Golden orange in color and slightly hazy with a foamy white head.  The aroma is sweet oranges and floral along with bready malt and a slight hint of hops.  It has a good wheat flavor that is back up by citrus and sweet fruit flavors.  There is very little hop presence noticeable.  It has moderate body and moderate to high carbonation.

ABV:  4.9%

Elisa Golden Ale

Style:  Gluten Reduced Golden ale

Description:  Golden ale fermented with an enzyme designed to break down the gluten proteins to a level of under 10 parts per million so that people with a sensitivity to gluten do not react adversely.

Phantasmas

Style:  IPA

Description:  Golden in color with a white foamy head, this IPA has the aroma of fresh jalapenos which will be noticed first followed by a bit of hop earthiness, pine and fruit.  Fresh jalapenos added to the boil when brewing gives the beer a freshness and spiciness without being overbearing.  Hops, which contribute bitterness along with tropical and citrus fruit flavors to balance the spiciness of the peppers, are added every ten minutes during the 90 minute boil.  There is medium carbonation with a moderate to dry, spicy finish.

Floating Dock Light IPA

Style:  Session IPA

Description:  Light golden in color with a foamy white head.  The aroma is slightly spicy with notes of citrus fruits like grapefruit, orange and tangerine.  The spice and citrus flavors from the American hops dominate but are backed up by the slight malt flavor of the grains.  It is light in calories and carbs but still big on flavor.  It has moderate carbonation and a dry, hoppy finish.

ABV:  4.2%

Grapefruit Shandy

Style:  Shandy

Description:   “El Hefe” hefeweizen  was blended with pink grapefruit juice for this shandy, giving it a golden color with a slightly pink hue and a thin white head.  The grapefruit juice dominates the aroma and flavor but the usual grapefruit acidity is mellowed out by the sweetness of the hefeweizen.   The low alcohol content and great flavor make this shandy drinkable for all occasions.  It has moderate carbonation and a tart finish.

ABV:  3.5%

Double Hooked DIPA

Style:  Double IPA

Description:  Clear and copper colored with a foamy tan head.  The aroma is piney, spicy and floral with robust citrus intensity.  The flavor is balanced with hoppy bitterness and malty sweetness.   The hops provide a pleasant pine and grapefruit flavor and there is slight alcohol warmth.  This beer has full body, moderate carbonation with a slightly dry finish.

ABV: 8.8%

Black Sail IPA

Style:  Black IPA

Description:  Black in color with a dark tan head.  The fruity and spicy hop aromas blend with the roasted notes from the dark malts.  The flavor develops with a hoppy bitterness and a slight roasted and coffee flavor and afterwards the hops come through adding some spice and dark fruit flavors in the end.  It has a medium body, a good amount of carbonation and dry finish.

ABV:  6.4%

Rice’s RyePA

Style:  IPA

Description:  Slight haze with a golden color and a white frothy head.  The aroma is peppery and piney with a hint of floral.  When it hits the tongue, there is a nice balance of hops and malts.  It is not overly bitter, but has a lot of spice and pine flavor from the rye and hops.  There is a modest sweetness in the finish.  It has a good body, moderate carbonation and a moderate to dry finish. 

ABV:  6.6%

Strawberry Blonde

Style: Blonde ale

Description:  It is golden in color with a very slight pink hue and a white head.  Blonde ale style infused with strawberries during secondary fermentation. The smell of strawberry dominates the aroma but there is a modest malt essence.  The flavor is an even balance of malt and strawberry with just a little hop bitterness.  It is crisp, dry and has moderate carbonation.

ABV:  5%

Dopplebock

Style:  Dopplebock

Description:  Dark amber brown, clear with an off-white head.  The aroma is malty sweet with slight caramel and toast accents.  The flavor mimics the aroma with a rich malty sweetness that is a result of the light hop presence.  There is a slight chocolate character and some noticeable alcohol warmth.  It is full bodied and moderately carbonated with a sweet finish.`

Dock of the Bay Brown

Style:  Brown ale

Description:  Dark brown in color with an off-white head.  It has a nutty aroma with notes honey and caramel.  The flavor correlates as it is malty, nutty and has slight caramel sweetness.  There is a little hop presence that nicely compliments the malt flavor. It is clean and dry with medium body and moderate carbonation.

Dock of the Bay Brown

Style:  Brown ale

Description:  Dark brown in color with an off-white head.  It has a nutty aroma with notes honey and caramel.  The flavor is malt dominated with rich toasty, caramel and chocolate notes.  There is low to moderate American hop presence. It is clean and dry with medium body and moderate carbonation.

ABV:  5.4%

WEE HEAVY

Style: Scotch Ale

Description: Amber to dark copper in color with a thick tan head.  It has an strong malt character with a rich and dominant sweet malt flavor and aroma. Hints of caramel and fruits are perceived and has considerably high alcohol warmth. This style has a full body and moderate carbonation.

Belgian Quad

Style:  Belgian Quad 

Description: Hazy and amber to dark brown in color with a tan to off-white head.  The sweet, dark caramel and fruitiness dominate aromatics. The flavors are of sweet caramel, dark fruits, bready notes and a strong alcohol warmth.  This style has high carbonation and a full body with a sweet finish.

Nut Brown Ale

Style:  Brown ale

Description:  Dark amber in color with an off-white head.  It has a nutty aroma with hints of caramel and chocolate.  The flavor is similar as it is malty, nutty and has slight sweetness.  There is a little hop presence that nicely compliments the malt flavor. It is clean and dry with medium body and moderate carbonation.

ALS Pale Ale

Style:  American Pale Ale

Description:  Hazy with a golden color and a white frothy head.  The aroma is peppery and earthy with a hint of pine. There is a nice balance of hops and malts.  There is moderate bitterness with spice from the rye and hops.  It has mild dry sweetness in the finish with good body & moderate carbonation.  One dollar from each pint sold goes to THE ALS ASSOCIATION.

Lemon Shandy

Style:  Shandy

Description:   “El Hefe” hefeweizen was blended with fresh lemon juice for this shandy, giving it a golden hue and a thin white head.  The lemon juice hints in the aroma and flavor but the usual lemon acidity is mellowed out by the sweetness of the hefeweizen.   The low alcohol content and great flavor make this shandy drinkable for all occasions.  It has moderate carbonation and a tart finish.

ABV:  3.5%

Leigh’s Hard Lemonade

Style:  Hard Soda

Description:  This sweet, bubbly hard soda is mixed with lemon juice and has a balance of tart and sweet flavors.  This refreshing alternative is gluten free, with fresh citrus deliciousness!

Snowbird Pale Ale

Style:  American Pale Ale

Description:  Hazy with a golden color and a white frothy head.  The aroma is sweet and earthy with hints of caramel. There is a nice balance of malts and hops in the flavor.  Hops add to a moderate bitterness with hints of spice and pine.  It has mild dry sweetness in the finish with good body & moderate carbonation.

California Common

Style: Steam Beer

Description:  Light copper in color with a hue of orange and a soft tan head.  The aroma is spicy and fruity with hints malt and caramel.    The flavor is spiced and malt with very light hop presence.  It has a dry finish with a good level of carbonation.

This style is also known as a “steam beer” a style which originated in California when they brewed with lager yeast at ale temperatures.

ABV: 5.5%

DR SALMON HEAD

Style: Red Ale

Description:  Deep red to brown in color with a light tan head.  The aroma is chocolate and caramel with a sweet malt and bread presence.  The flavor is rich and roasted and has hop bitterness and a slight dryness from the chocolate malt.  This style has a light to medium body as well moderate carbonation and a clean dry finish.

ABV: 6%

Chocolate Mint Porter

Style: Porter

Description:  Deep brown in color with a thick tan head and sweet chocolate aroma.  It has a strong roasted chocolate flavor with hints of mint but very little hop presence.  This porter has a good amount of body, low carbonation and finishes dry.

Cranberry Pale Ale

Style:  American Pale Ale

Description:  This APA is hazy and pink in color and has a light pink frothy head.  The aroma is sweet with immense cranberry. There is a substantial tart cranberry flavor with a hoppy finish.  It has a sharp dry finish, good body & moderate carbonation.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Nitro Brown Ale

Style: Nitro Brown Ale

Description:  This brown ale is deep brown in color with a thick tan head and sweet cinnamon sugar aroma.  Brewed and treated with multiple boxes of cinnamon toast crunch cereal, cinnamon graham crackers and ground cinnamon, this ale has big cinnamon flavor with very little hop presence.  With a light body and nitrogen it finishes on the drier side.

Strawberry Berliner Weisse

Style:  Berliner weisse       ABV 3.8%

Description:  Hazy and light pink in color with a white head, this sour has a tart fruity aroma.  Tartness is immediately noticeable at the first sip, but it is not overly sour.  The flavor has hints of strawberry, and the style has light body and moderate carbonation.

Pickle Gose

Style:  Gose    ABV 3.2%

Description:  Hazy and light yellow in color with a white head, this sour has a strong aroma of dill pickles and hints of malt. The flavor has a big sour pickle bite, hints of salt, and the style has medium body and moderate carbonation.

Description:  Deep copper in color with a thin, off-white head.  It has a delicate caramel and malt aroma with soft bready hints.  The flavor is similar as it has very light malty caramel sweetness.  There is a little hop presence that nicely compliments and balances the malt flavor. It is crisp, semi-dry with light body and moderate carbonation.

Pale Ale 2

Style:  American Pale Ale

Description:  Hazy with a golden color and a white frothy head.  The aroma is sweet and earthy with a hint of pine. There is a nice balance of hops and malts.  There is moderate bitterness and notes of citrus and spice from the hops.  It has mild dry sweetness in the finish with good body & moderate carbonation.

JAWS Pale Ale

Style:  American Pale Ale

Description:  Hazy with a golden color and a white frothy head.  The aroma is hop forward from the liberty hop additions, with hints of spice and citrus.  There is a nice balance of hops and malts that lead to a sweet and moderate bitterness.  It has mild dry sweetness in the finish with good body & moderate carbonation.

Chocolate Cherry Porter

Style: Porter

Description:  Deep brown in color with a thin tan head and sweet chocolate aroma.  It has a strong roasted chocolate flavor with hints of cherry but very little hop presence.  This porter has a light amount of body, low carbonation and finishes dry.

Cherry Cream Ale Nitro

Style: Cream ale

Description:  Pale pink in color with a thick creamy tan head.  It has a beautiful cherry and honey malt aroma.  It tastes light and creamy with sweet notes of cherry.  No hops are noticeable and the nitrogenation leaves no acidity and only a delicate smooth body.  It has moderate nitrogenation, is medium in body and finishes sweet.

ABV:  5%

Brut IPA

Style: India Pale Ale

Description:  Light pale straw in color with a foamy white head. This style is brewed specifically to be effervescent and dry with low bitterness.  The aroma has hints of hops but mostly tropical fruits and citrus zests.  The flavor is fruit-forward with little sweetness and a bubbly champagne-like acidity.  It is light in body but big on flavor.  It has moderate carbonation and a dry, hoppy finish.

Peanut Stout

Style: Oatmeal Stout

Description:  Almost black in color with a thick tan head.  The aroma is of dark dry roasted peanuts.  It has a strong flavor of chocolate and coffee from the roasted barley and chocolate malts and very little hop presence.  Peanuts were added in the last 15 minutes of the boil to give it a full body, smooth dry finish.  It has moderate carbonation.

Corn Syrup Beer

Description:  Straw colored with a bright white head.  The aroma is slightly sweet and earthy.  There is a clean and slightly malty flavor.  There is very little hop bitterness.  It has a light body with a good amount of carbonation. 

The beer is made with Pilsner malt and corn syrup in a 1:1 ratio and at 60 minutes we added Summit hops We made 2 bbl and it was tapped Friday so it could very well be gone shortly.

Crunch Berries

Style: American Wheat

Description:  Pale copper in color with an off-white head.   The aroma is of fruity cereal and sweet malts with very little hop presence.   The flavor is packed with sweet cereal and notes of caramel and bread.  Flaked oats and lactose give this beer a good body and creamy mouth feel.    It has moderate carbonation and finishes sweet.

Imperial Brown Ale ABV: 9%

Description:  Somewhat hazy with a deep copper-brown color.  Sweet, dark caramel and fruitiness dominate the aroma.  That sweet caramel flavor carries over to the flavor, which is complemented by a lot of dark fruit flavors, some breadiness and mild alcohol warmth.  There is very little hop flavor.  It has high carbonation and a full body with a sweet finish.

Fermented and then finished with an addition of grape flavors, this Florida Hard Soda is purple, sweet and aromatic with an a high ABV of 8%

Description:  Hazy with a golden color and a white frothy head.  The aroma is sweet and earthy with a hint of pine. There is a nice balance of hops and malts.  There is moderate bitterness and notes of citrus and spice from the hops.  It has mild dry sweetness in the finish with good body & moderate carbonation.

Fermented and then finished with an addition of peach, this Florida Hard Seltzer is light and aromatic with an ABV of 6.5%

Fermented and then finished with an addition of fresh cucumber juice, this Florida Hard Seltzer is light and aromatic with an ABV of 6.5%

Fermented and then finished with an addition fresh basil and rosemary, this Florida Hard Seltzer is lightly spiced and aromatic with an ABV of 6.5%

Sky High Imperial Hard Apple Cider 9% ABV

Crisp and dry, this imperial apple cider has subtle apple aromas and noticeable alcohol warmth in the flavor.  This cider is effervescent, with medium body and finishes dry. 

Mango Hard Apple Cider 5.5% ABV

Crisp and tart, this semi-sweet hard apple cider was infused with fresh mango puree.   This cider has subtle sweet citrus notes and hints of apple aromas.   Delicate and tropical, this cider has medium body and finishes sweet. 

Belgian NEIPA

Style: Belgian New England India Pale ale

Description:  Straw in color and hazy with a light white head.  It has a citrus, passion fruit and hoppy aroma making it much less sweet than other Belgian styles.  The bitterness of the hops balances the sweetness and gives it just a note of earthy spice.  Dry hopped at the finish for extra hop aromatics, this style finishes on the drier side with moderate carbonation.

Honey Pilsner

Style:  German Style Pilsner

Description:  Copper in color with a thick white head.  The aroma is earthy and sweet with notes of malt and honey.  There is little hop presence in the flavor from the slight addition of noble Liberty hops.  A slight breadiness is noticeable and the lactose addition gives this style a creamy mouth feel. It has a medium body with moderate carbonation.

Description:  Deep brown in color with a thick tan head.  This style has a big spice aroma with hints of chocolate.  It has a strong roasted chocolate flavor with hints of coconut but very little hop presence.  This porter has a good amount of body, low carbonation and finishes dry and spicy.

Cherry Lime Hefeweizen

Style:  German Style Wheat Beer

Description:  Hazy and golden pink in color with a thin head.   Phenols from the German yeast give off a big banana aroma.   The taste is malty sweet with little hop presence and tart cherry and lime juice added give it a light citrus flavor.  It has medium body with high carbonation and a clean fresh finish.

Margarita Gose

Style:  Gose    ABV 3.5%

Description:  Hazy and straw in color with a white head, this sour has a strong aroma of lime and hints of salt. The flavor has a big sour lime bite, hints of salt and coriander.  This style has medium body and moderate carbonation and finishes tart and dry

Plum Sour

Style:  Berliner weisse

Description:  Hazy and straw in color with a thin white head, this sour has an aroma of sweet stone fruit, citrus and wheat.  Tartness is immediately noticeable at the first sip along with some bold fruit flavors, plum, citrus peel and hints of lemongrass.  All of this along with a light body and moderate carbonation make it a very refreshing and sessionable sour summer beer.

Style:  American-ish Brown ale

Description:  Dark caramel in color with an off-white head.  It has a caramel aroma with notes of honey and bread.  The flavor correlates, as it is malty with hints of chocolate and slight caramel sweetness.  There is bitterness that nicely balances the sweet malt flavor.  It starts sweet and finishes slightly dry with medium body and moderate carbonation.

Style:  Porter

Description:  Very dark to almost black in color with a thick caramel head.   The aroma is of rich dark malts and roasted chocolate with a slight bit of vanilla and dark fruits.   It has malt flavors, hints of coffee and warm caramel with a little bit of pepper spiciness coming from the hops. The body is medium with moderate carbonation and a slightly dry finish.

Spiced Peach Saison

Description:  Deep copper and hazy with a tan head.  This style was fermented with 40 pounds of fresh peaches with additions of cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg.  The aroma is tart with notes of stone fruit and spice.  The flavor is crisp with big peach on the front and dry spice finish.  It is light in body, has moderate carbonation and finished tart and dry.

Style: Red Ale

Description:  Deep red to brown in color with a light tan head.  The aroma is chocolate and caramel with a sweet malt and bread presence.  The flavor is rich and roasted and has hop bitterness and a slight dryness from the chocolate malt.  This style has a light to medium body as well moderate carbonation and a clean dry finish.

Summitrillo DIPA

Style:  Double IPA

Description:  Clear and copper colored with a foamy tan head.  The aroma is piney, spicy and floral with robust citrus intensity.  The flavor is balanced with hoppy bitterness and malty sweetness.   The hops provide a pleasant pine and grapefruit flavor and there is slight alcohol warmth.  This beer has full body, moderate carbonation with a slightly dry finish.
