We need a technically proficient candidate who has experience with QuickBooks and who loves to continue learning and helping keep our clients on top of their financial results.
Qualifications
- Experience in Bookkeeping and QuickBooks
- Love for numbers
- Solution oriented
- Eager to learn and grow professionally
- Detail oriented
- Experience in Excel
- Good time management and organization skills
- Computer savvy
Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, QuickBooks reports, payroll, excise taxes and other accounting tasks.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $15.00 to $18.00 /hour
Experience:
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (Preferred)
- QuickBooks: 2 years (Preferred)
